Welcome to Nelson Carpet Cleaning. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services Offered
Nelson Carpet Cleaning ("we," "us," "our") provides professional carpet cleaning services including, but not limited to:

Pricing and Payment

Prices for our services are per square foot and may vary depending on the condition of the carpet. All appointments will be subject to a $200.00 minimum.

We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but this will not affect existing confirmed bookings.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We accept cash, credit cards, and checks. Any non sufficient funds fees will be charged to the customer.
Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your booking without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25.00.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a service at any time. If this occurs, you will be notified as soon as possible, and any payments made will be fully refunded.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for removing any fragile or valuable items from the areas to be cleaned.

While we take the utmost care, we are not responsible for any damage to items that were not removed from the cleaning area.

Customers should ensure that there is adequate access to a water source for our cleaning equipment, and a parking space for our van.

Any pets should be in an enclosed area that will not interfere with our cleaning, or disrupt our technician.

An adult age 18 or older must be present for an attended cleaning. We will not clean a home with unattended minors or unattended adults with special needs. For an unattended cleaning, arrangements regarding lockboxes and payment must be made beforehand.

Liability

We will take every precaution to ensure that our services are performed safely and effectively.

We are not liable for any pre-existing conditions of the carpet or upholstery that may be exacerbated by the cleaning process.

Any claim for damages must be made within 24 hours of the service in writing. This can be via text or email.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to provide the highest quality service. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, please contact us within 30 days, and we will address your concerns.

Amendments
